There is a huge amount of choice of routes though and always a friendly face who is happy to show you any you aren't familiar with.

Beginners 5k Route
This is the standard route we use for our beginner runs on Monday and Wednesday evening club runs. It has loop back options at 1 and 2 miles so is perfect for complete beginners and those looking to up their distance to a 5k goal. 100% road and 100% street-lit route.
Beginners 3.5mile Trail Route
For those looking for a taster of trail running this flat loop is a great introduction. We offer this route on our Monday and Wednesday club nights in the summer months when the evenings are light but there are always Aardvarks to show the way over the weekends.
Hill Training takes place on a Wednesday evening Spring to Autumn. In the darker evening lights are required. Our sessions are designed for complete beginners to ultra-athletes and is a great opportunity to get everyone together whilst dramatically and efficiently improving your running skills.
