Heyford Aardvarks Running Club (or HARC) is a friendly and inclusive group of runners.
We cater from complete beginners right through to Ultra-marathon runners on both trail and road routes in and around the Heyfords in Oxfordshire.
Whether you want to improve your technique, try trail, or start a new journey we are here to make running fun whatever your ability, nobody gets left behind.
