First Big Race Weekend of 2023

Sunday 2nd April 2023.

Properly proud Club Chair today. First real racing weekend of the year, and I found myself refreshing Strava throughout the day, much like when your football team has a big game and you're refreshing the score updates every 30 seconds while pretending to listen to my wife. I mean your wife. I mean... you know what I mean.

Today we had one runner at Reading Half Marathon, two at London Landmarks Half Marathon, and three at the Rasselbock Running Spring Run at Sherwood Pines. I think everyone was pretty pleased with how they went, whether racing or as training runs for bigger and better things, and got some great photos from the day as well!
